Butcher Demos + Dinner
This option has three choices: Beef 101, Pork 101 or Lamb 101. It includes a 1 hour butcher demo with the selected protein and light hors d'oevours followed by a family-style, three course meal where your protein is the star. Hors d'oevours and seated meal are accompanied by wine, paired masterfully for each course. Proteins are always from our partner, Pape's Meat Co. Please allow for 2.5 - 3.5 hours for this event.
Min 20 ppl (or $3000*) - Max 32 ppl/ $150+ per person**Pricing differs per client, however $150 per person is the base.
Wine Dinners
These dinners focus on the wine. We pick a vineyard or appellation to highlight based on your tastes and one of our masterful chefs will create a 5-course menu to pair with the wines that we hand curate. Our knowledgeable staff will introduce each wine with each new course while discussing each wine's heritage, varietal(s), winemakers thoughts and best pairings. Wines from our pairings are always available for purchase for your guests. Please allow for 2.5-3 hours for this event.
*Pricing differs per client, however $150 per person is the base.
Wine & Cheese Tasting
An offering of 6 wines & 6 cheeses, masterfully paired and presented by our staff. Some of our cheese selections will be seasonal and we love to show off new vintages of our favorite wines therefore menus will not be available until two weeks prior to the event. Please allow for 1.5 hours in your schedule for this event.

Our Space - Your Event
Just love our space and want to host your own event? We love that! We can offer wifi, a microphone and speaker for music to help you with your needs! We also offer great wine pricing discounts by the case for those who wish to book our space. Our space is available at a minimum of two hour increments at a rate of $1200 for the first two hours and $150 for each additional hour for events that require no reconfiguration of our space. For events requiring reconfiguration, ie. table & chairs set up and break down there is an additional fee of $500.
Happy Hour Wine Tasting
Start off your evening with a wine tasting. We will create a menu of 8 hand-curated wines (5 white/5 red) for your guests to taste as they socialize. Cheese and charcuterie boards are included. Please allow for 1.5 to 2 hours for this event.

The fine print - We want to make sure that your event is flawless, therefore all events must be booked at a minimum of two weeks prior to the requested date to allow for preparation, staffing, product receipt, wine selection and menus, if applicable. The butcher demo dinners include our friends from Pape's Meat Co. so please ensure your requested date is at least one month in advance. All events require a 50% deposit upon signing of event contract. Deposits are only refundable if cancellations are made no later than five(5) days prior to the event, after which the deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your the event.
