Chef Steve Brown has launched “A Beautiful Contradiction”, a collaboration dinner series and documentary film. 

•An eight course, one-of-a-kind food experience, featuring a different cut of A-5 Japanese Wagyu beef paired with local produce.

•Wagyu beef is the finest in the world and “A-5” is the highest grade, given only to the best of the very best!

•We are honored to host the first installment in the series on April 29th at Pape Meat Co. and Bacchus Wine Shop.
