2016 Fragile

Grenache with small percentages of Syrah, and Carignan
In the glass, the wine shimmers with a pale hue of translucent garnet. Soft aromatics of dried rose petals prevail and invite a tasting. With bright hints of strawberry and ripe stone fruits, the wine leads to an opulent mid-palate. Finishing with purpose, it is long and riddled with layers of texture and grace.

2014 D66

Grenache, Syrah and Carignan
93 points from Robert Parker - Optimum growing conditions with a crowning harvest mark the 2014 vintage. A saturated cardinal hue belted in garnet is revealed in the glass. The nose brims with an impeccable oak profile with shaded oak tree accents. A mineral cast of alluvial soil can be detected as well, which frames a vibrant perfume of red berry fruits, cassis, cardamom, and exotic spices. The entry bursts with a vibrant blueberry and cassis concentrate that is rounded out with the richness of a crème brûlée, or crema catalana. The mid palate has vibrant acidity with distinctive mineral notes of garrigue, stone, and schist. Closing with purpose, the wine boasts silky tannins and a lengthy finish of sublime richness.

2014 Others

Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and Mourvedre
The wine has a profound cardinal hue with powerful aromas of rhubarb compote, savory roasted plum, star anise and leather. Opening with potent flavors of cola, dark fruits, raspberry jam and baking chocolate, it transitions to offer beguiling flavors of forest floor, fennel, and earthy Asian spices. With a purposeful finish, the wine closes with shards of acidity and lengthy polished tannins.

2014 Pharaon

Old-Vine Grenache and Syrah
95 points from Robert Parker - Smokey, sweet oak escapes the glass followed by powerful aromas of black plum, blackberry pie, vanilla bean, violets and freshly cut flowers—all enveloped by a hint of dust and pencil lead. The entry is massive and lush with ripe red fruits, black raspberry, currant and pronounced minerality. Overall, the finish is concentrated yet balanced with beams of acidity and seamlessly integrated tannins that linger on the palate.
