Join CMS Certified Sommelier Mary Morris for a guided tasting with light pairings, wine education, and a different topic to learn about each time!

This week we will be exploring lesser-known Bordeaux varietals, and where else they grow in the world! There is much more to a bottle of great red wine than just Cab or Merlot, so come learn about the role these other varietals play as well.

Each Wine Wednesday guided tasting will be from 6-7ish pm, and include four 2.5oz pours of different wines pertaining to the theme of the night (about two full glasses worth - perfect for a weekday evening!), as well as a small snack paired with each so we can dive deeper into what goes into wine and food pairings!
