Hosted by: Chef Koji Murakami from Hana Izumi and Quinton Jay from Bacchus Wine & Spirits

Formally trained at Tsuji Culinary Academy in Osaka, Chef Koji's creations are influenced by his time at the world-renown Kaiseki restaurant Kitcho in Tokyo, as a private chef to Japan's ambassador in Washington DC, and as an executive and general manager at Sanraku in the Bay Area.

Experience: A delightful evening where each dish from Hana Izumi's renowned monthly menu is expertly paired with an exquisite selection of Wine and Sake, curated by Quinton Jay of Bacchus Wine & Spirits and Yuko Suzuki of Suzuki Sake Selections.
