Virtual Cooking and Wine Class

Join us this holiday for a Virtual Cooking & Wine Class with chef Daniel Bellinger; wine expert Quinton Jay. We will be cooking an appetizer and entree course with wine pairing, including some fun trivia games and prizes. Recipes, wines, and an ingredient kit are ready to go and be picked up. Learn basic kitchen prep skills, sauce making and wine pairing. The class can be joined by one or two people. For additional participation, purchase extra ingredient kits. It is a fun way to meet and network with others! We hope to see you soon.

Quinton Jay, the proprietor of Bacchus Wine Shop, has over 16 years of experience in the wine industry. His knowledge of wine gives Quinton a trueappreciation of what makes a great wine, from grape to glass. He also wants the wine and food pairing made easy and fun to plan meals. You can expect his recommendations on what to serve with various meats and dishes.

Chef Daniel Bellinger started out in farm to table bistros in his early teenageyears, and developed a hunger to learn more. He still strives to learn more every day. He eventually found himself working alongside legendary chefs in New York City in the Batali and Bastianich group. His passion includessustainable, farm to table practices that involve both locally sourced seasonal menus.

Great food draws a great crowd! Chau Lam-Glover of Chilipepper Even Productions has been producing events over 10 years with a focus on chef and wine events. Her team has staged high-profile events all over the Bay Area, New York, and Taipei. Currently she is collaborating with Quinton Jay and chef Daniel Bellinger on this new virtual cooking and wine class venture.

The Class:
One ticket includes access zoom link to the live online experience, two half (½) bottles of wines, and one (1) ingredient kit. Additional ingredient kits can be order at registration for additional individuals.

The class will be delivered through Zoom conferencing. It will feature a professional chef and a wine expert who will walk you through the entire class. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and participate from your home through the chat with Q&A options. We will also allow you to unmute yourself to ask the questions once permission is given.

To respect the audience, we will mute all participants unless the moderator invites you to unmute yourself to ask a question or share your thoughts. There will be live polling questions and trivia games during the cooking and tasting.

The class will be recorded. A link to access the recording will be provided with an email within 24 hours of the class.

Internet Requirement:
You will need a reliable internet connection and/or mobile device to access the virtual Zoom class. We recommend a wired connection like an ethernet cable directly connected to the desktop or you can position your device near a WIFI modem or router. We recommend log into Zoom 5-10 minutes early to ensure you are able to set up your device with a stable connection.

Ticket Information:
Ticket sales will close on Wednesday, December 2 at 12:00pm. PST.

$95 per access (includes two ½ bottles of wine and cooking ingredient kit).
$30 per additional ingredient kit.

Cancellation Clause:
Cancel before 48 hours before the event by 12/3 at 12:00am, FULL REFUND of $95 will be sent back into your bank account. Cancel after 48 hours of the event on 12/4 at 12:01am, only a full CREDIT of $95 can be given with a written statement by both the attendee and the event producer.
